Explosive Growth in Tent Compared to Outdoors

Grow tents set up with sufficient LED light, good airflow, and heat and RH control produce explosive growth. I can almost watch them grow. I LOVE this tent growing

These plants are only 3 weeks old as of yesterday. They're in 7 gal pots already. My whole planned schedule of transplanting, topping, and feeding is being moved up two weeks. I'm thinking only a 8-9 week veg now. Was planning on 12-14.

I've always been an outdoor grower (I tried a stealth cabinet a couple years ago with mediocre results). Growing outdoors it would take 6-8 weeks to get a plant this big, and rarely did they start out this healthy. I'm loving my tent. No more ants, whiteflies, or spraying BT to beat the budworms. No more panicking when a humid storm comes through in September ruining the whole crop with budrot. I'm converted.

You'll also be pleased to learn that you don't need to veg for 8-9 weeks unless you want to allocate a 4x4 for each plant
4-5 weeks veg is common

8-9 weeks veg is a long time in a tent.

Thanks for the tip guys. I'll take your advice and flip at 5 weeks. I'll top tomorrow. I have 8' of vertical clearance, and the inline and filter are in the attic, so i can grow pretty tall. I can see now it's width that will be my issue.
