Extra CFL lighting

I'm currently using a 125W blue spectrum CFL for two plants, and theyre starting to get pretty big, is it okay for me to get some cheapish fluroescent lights from a hardware store or do I need to use specific grow lights?

I would use more CFLS flouros will work mix them between cool white and warm white
