Extra Light worth it?

I have a room 5x7 with 8 foot high ceiling with a normal light fixture in the center of the ceiling. The plants are under a vertical hung 400 MH less than 2 feet off the ground. Would it be worth it to put a cfl or led bulb in the normal light fixture or would it be too far away to have any effect ?
The 400Mh will also be used to flower so I was just wondering even if the extra bulb is far, maybe it would just help add to the spectrum idk.

If your talking about a standard light at ceiling height on top of a 400mh closer to plants then no it would not be worth it.
