There is no place to sell it legally, the only person the DG is allowed to sell meds to is his authorized patient only. Any other transaction is considered illegal, and could permanently end the supply of meds to the patient if the DG is caught doing so.

I'm simply telling you the legalities behind it, nothing more. What the patient and the DG decide to do ie free meds in place of plant count etc. is their own call, tho just because an agreement is made between DG and patient, doesn't always mean it's "Legal" in the eyes of HC, and in turn, the Government. I personally don't care what DG's do with their extra meds, their not my DG's.

The legality behind it is simple, a DG is only legally allowed to sell cannabis to the patient(s) he/she is growing for. Any other sale is considered illegal.

That of course doesn't stop anyone from either selling it on the black market or to compassion clubs, so my recommendation would be to sell to the lesser of the two "evils", go with compassion clubs, at least you know with them, the medicine is going to patients that may not otherwise be able to find a DG due to small script sizes. Also, you may stand a better chance in court by selling strictly to compassion clubs due to the real medical need for them, and they can't supply medicine if they have none to supply, should one be caught selling to persons other than their respective patients.

The clubs have largely won cases against them, so if you must sell, I'd sell to a club. There's some constitutional background to support you in that instance. It's still not "legal", but you have some legal support at least (although you are definitely putting yourself in the crosshairs and might have to go to court at some point). Selling to someone who has no medical need is another story though.

Personally I would stay away from clubs "clinic's", dispenseries or anyone who represents themselves as such. Yes they have won a few cases but these cases were won because they were BUSTED. They are still not legal and you can bet they are being watched carefully.

We are all medical patients in one way or another, just because someone doesn't have a license doesn't mean shit in my books. This medicine is not meant for the privilaged and I am not one to choose who deserves it and who doesn't because in my book we all are canninaboid deprived.

Every sale legal or not makes me feel good about what I am doing for others.

The license is just Government controlled bullshit.
