Fabric grow pots

I purchased a indoor grow tent with a 600LED Light the tent is 32/32/63" I am wondering if the 3 gallon fabric pots that came with the tent will work ok? I am only going to try 2 plants, that's what they recommend. I am starting them with Jiffy Pellets then transplanting them into the 3 gallon pots, with Ocean Forest soil and Perlite. Do I need to go to a 5 or 7 gallon pot or will my 3 gallon be big enough?

I have a tent that size I'm using for veg, have 6 plants jammed in there in 3 gal fabric pots...if you're just doing 2, 5 gallon might be a good idea...7 definitely seems too big for that size tent though

Three gallons are perfect if you're growing in coco. It depends on how big you let your plants get in soil if they'll be big enough. Might want to go with 5's just to be safe.

When I put the Ocean Forest soil and Perlite in the 3 gallon pots how do I know how much water to use before Transplanting the Jiffy Pellet s in the pots, also should I cut the netting stuff away right before Transplant. A again my tent is 32/32/63" with a 600Led Light?Ranman can.

Get a dry weight, then saturate just till runoff. Get that weight( I use a bathroom scale). Let it sit in grow environment for two days before placing your Jiffy's. I water when pot gets down to 1lb. above dry and keep 1lb below max. Soon you'll get the feel and won't need to weigh. I cut Jiffy netting, top and bottom before hydrating and usually place a day or two after sprout. For the first 2-3 weeks, I water with a 16oz. condiment container, in a circular fashion, radiating out from drip line, rarely using more than 1-2 pints. Just what works for me. Good luck.
