ive got fans in my grow room...but since im growing in a very small area (3x3) i have a small fan blowing upwards towards the light so as to push as much heat as possible up away from the plant but im thinking that it isnt enough both for heat disapation as well as nice ventilation for my girls (2 of em to be exact) so i was wondering if an oscilating fan would be ok set on its lowest setting or if it would be too much air being directly blown onto the plant and thus would cause it to stress??

It really depends on the size of the plants (probably not so good for young seedlings). I start using an oscillating fan as soon as clones are rooted and out of the dome to help with stem strength and create good air movement around the plants. Most low settings are similar to a gentle breeze.
