Fastbuds zkittles grow

What Dutch passion autoflower are good outdoors yields
I'll start by saying that availability in the US is hit or miss, and while I couldn't get every strain I wanted, I got really lucky and picked up a bunch of good ones. I don't think I've read any descriptions of DP strains that say "indoor only", at least the ones I looked at were all recommended for either. The person I grow for likes 50/50 to Sativa doms, so that's what I focus on. All that said, I have three that DP rates at "XXL" yield, and those are the three I'm going with: Glueberry OG, Daiquiri Lime, and Lemon Kix.

I'm growing my first DP strains indoors now in my small scale grow, a Critical Orange Punch, and I tried a Colorado Cookies but did not like the way it was going so I pulled it.

I do think I have a bad batch of seeds! They are not growing as they should and still small , and already have pre flowers . I think I am going to pull them and start again. I will not do small plants it’s a wast of time . What ya think???

Damn! How old are they? FastBuds has always been controversial. I've seen incredible grows and I've also seen pathetic plants.

Day 19 and looking pathetic
Just be aware that first GSC you grew was most likely a genetic anomaly, and that probably won't happen every time. I've grown three seasons worth of autos outdoors, and in that time had two outliers that produced twice as much as the rest of my plants. Those exceptional plants are at the outside of the envelope, not part of the meat of the bellcurve of averages. From what you've said, you haven't been growing long enough to really know what your average plant size will be, you're finding that out as you go. Just sayin', that GSC might have given you some unrealistic expectations if you think every plant you're going to grow should be that big. Look around, most autos are pretty small. You see some monsters but for every one of those there are 100 small ones that no one bothered to post pictures of because they were so unremarkable. Just my $.02

Since they are autos, you can grow them out in the open. When we have plants that for whatever reason we pull from the grow space, we put them out with the house plants under about 100W of cobs that run on a timer for 13 hours per day. They won't produce much, but they'll give you a taste of whatever strain it is.

Thanks buddy I do understand that but the zkittles I’m growing now have not been right from the start to be honest and I can tell they are going to be a lot smaller than any of my previous plants , so I would rather scrap the early and start again. I have got some orange sherbet coming so I am going to plant 2 and keep the best zkittles out of the two

Was gonna say best to keep one. I’m super interested in how your orange come out. Only done the 1so far but might run it in the summer as it is so good.

As human rob said you do get super autos occasionally. I’ve ran into a couple myself. But you need to run a lot of seeds to get some sort of benchmark. I find 2-3ozs minimum in good hands, 4-5 average then 6+ with these super autos that just seem to veg that little longer.

This is my GSC at day 65, soil was a little hot but first time trying it. My potting granules which make a huge difference in root mass got too cold and didn’t work. Which was more evident when I opened a new pack and saw how much quicker my plants responded but anyways. Thinking she’ll yield 3-4ozs. Smells insane tho!! My favourite smelling strain I’ve grown. Anyways enough rambling lol

I totally understand, that's similar to how my Colorado Cookies got pulled from my grow space recently. I have a soil/nute mix I use, about 20% of the plants I grow do pretty well in it, about 70% love it, but there is always a few that just don't take to it, so I remove them and move on. Chasing a bad plant can quickly fall into the law of diminishing returns.

With my training I don’t want plants to produce any less than 5oz each! Not being greedy or anything just don’t see the point

My lowest from a auto was my very first at over 4 oz
When I finish my current grow, it will be my lowest and highest completed indoor auto grow... I've learned a bunch already.

I mimicked your training method but not your medium/feeding combination. Ooops. Your training method with my bag soil mix, is just producing some stunted plants. I'm just mentioning that in case anyone else tries it, they should know that unless they repeat your process from the bottom up, they won't get your results. (seems like I'm conveying my firm grasp of the obvious, but I was a little surprised at just how big the difference is)

If I had more space I would run more and not worry about it but I am very limited
I hear you, I'm lucky to do a relatively successful outdoor grow each summer, it makes the indoor just frosting on the cake. That said, if each of the three I'm doing now doesn't put out at least 2oz., it's probably not worth the trouble to do it. It'd be nice to get 3oz from them, but I don't want to get my hopes up.

Well me orange sherbet turned up today so have put a couple in germination and kept the biggest zkittles. So now will be growing 3! More than what I would like under 1 light.
You’ll love the smell! Rapid grower too. Can always put the runt in a corner haha
