they should base it on dosage that's real and not the arbitrary # they made up.
a guy i know who has MS and is very handicapped has one of the highest limits 300 a day so that means he can't leave his house. he's allowed a half day of meds. so wrong.
we can't even go away for a week due to the 150 cap

How does he afford 300 grams aday? That's 3lbs every 4 days. That would take a very large opporation to keep him in supply. Who pays for that? Just curious.

maybe you should consider the patients illness.
a cancer patient can use 10-14 g a day using 1 g of oil.
he's wheelchair bound and in a lot of pain. if he doesn't get his juicing in, his muscles spasm and he may go into seizure.
i agree that it's huge but he's not the only one with that high but it's one of the highest. he's also one of the first patients so his tolerance is very high.
i don't think that the size of script was a problem....at least i didn't read much about it in the decision.

i didn't ask him that but next time i talk to him i will.
i think he covers the cost and has his angles work on the crop.
