Feeding Your Plant

Well, I'm a complete noob at this. My first time so I'm not good, but I'd like to ask a couple of questions:

1) Can I get soil (maybe even from outside) put it in a cup, moist it up place 1-2 seeds inside and will it grow normally?

2) For lighting can I hang 1-3 big flash lights over top of it 1-2 inches above and give it enough light? Or is that not enough?

3) Can I just feed my plant water, or does it NEED the other nutrients? Will it not grow if it doesn't have the others? If so, what are the best sources for those nutrients and which ones do I exactly need?

4) Can I grow my plant inside a box? Puncture a few holes for oxygen, etc. Attach lights at the top, etc. Do you think it can work?

5) How much times a day do I need to water this thing?

6) How long will it take til' I can fully harvest the plant? How much bud comes off one plant?

using outside soil is not recommended , it has bugs & stuff in it ,, go to walmart & get a bag of soil ,, about $5 ...,, using flashlight are not recommended either ,,, get a light cord ,, has a plug on 1 end & a light socket on the other end ,, $2 - $3,, then while ur at walmart get a few CFL's ,, u can get a pack of 2 for about 6$ ,, they are the (daylight) spectrum ,, it says daylight right on the front of the pack ,, (6500K) spectrum ,, it will say 6500 on the front of the pack also ,....yes u can feed just water , for the first 2 weeks,, then u will need some nutes ,, mabye a npk of 20/20/20 ,, also found at walmart ( this is for the veg state) ,, for flowering , u will need some nutes higher in phosphorus,, mabye a 5/25/5... * i use a 12/55/6 green lite super bloom for flowering)..... yes u can make a box , & hang the lights from the top ,, remember , make ur box big ,, plants triple in size once put into the 12/12 flowering stage.... use computer fans to vent it out ,, 1 blowing in , 1 suckin out ....... DO NOT OVERWATER ,,, plants like to have the soil get lightly dry before being watered again ,, ***dont forget this******, so mabye water every 4th day or so ,, .... prepare to be patient for a long while ,, typically , i leave mine in the vegg stage( 24/7 lighting) for 3 weeks... then i switch to a lighting schedule of 18 on & 6 off for 1 week ,, then i put them on 12/12 , thats 12hours light on , 12 hours light off .with a 70 watt HPS light from home depot $50 ......this 12/12 stage will take anywhere from 65 - 100 days ,, depending on ur strain ,,, depending on the conditions , depending on the lighting , depending on nutes ,,(( remember , when the lights go off for the plants sleepy time.. this means NO LIGHT absolutely no light at all *** ,, so if u have her in a box remember to seal all the holes & cracks with a dark tape ... ))) if the plant sees light during dark time this can cause a hermi , which noone wants ,, & can delay flowering time.... if u play ur cards right u can pull some nice nugz ,, it all depends ,, anywhere from an 8th - to - 2 OZs mabye more, mabye less. it all depends on how much love u give her
