feeding?

got some plants that just began 12/12 in soil. have tried mixing hydrogen peroxide with the water, and that seems to help alot. Are there any fertilizers or plant food that I should look for in particular. when and how should I use them. any other tips on how to improve yeild, and quality of yield would be helpful, as this is my first attempt at growing. Thanks to everyone who helps me out.
