For my new plant I did not add ferilizer to the soil yet. I have some that is 15-30-15. Will this be good for veg my plant is only about a week or 2 old. I aslo am using poland spring water on my plant. Would tap water from my well work better? Thanks alot for the help i appreciate it.

Wlcome to the forum. No the 15-30-15 will not be as good for vegging as it would be for flowering. Nitrogen should be the higher concentration for vegging.
Spring water will be fine. If you want to use water from the tap you will have to test the ph to see what you need to do to use it. You can get a test kit using drops and a color chart for less than $10.00. It will last for months. Or you could get a ph tester, some are inexpensive and available at Wallywolrl, Menards Lowe's, Meijers etc. VV
