Filter and fan size for 4 1000k?

I have a few of those that I got at harbor freight for $20. It's a router speed controler. I didn't think it was the same as a dimmer but I'm just going to use the ones I have plus I like the plug and go operation. To get a dimmer, Electrical box, cover plate and cord to make it plug and play I'd probably be pretty close to $20.

Just an update. The rooms are up and running and the temps are perfect so here is the set up.

2 8x20 rooms within a larger warehouse with 4 1k lights each. Exhaust for each room is a 10" hurricane fan rated at 770 cfm and a 10"x 39" 1400 cfm phresh filter and 4 12"x24" passive intakes at pot level. The hoods are not cooled and the temps are steady at 12 degrees above ambient warehouse temps. It is cold here now so I keep the warehouse heated to 65 and the rooms remain at 77. In the summer I will air cool the hoods with one 8" fan to bring the temps closer to 5 degrees above ambient and keep the warehouse at about 72 maybe higher if I pump the ac directly into the rooms and let it disperse to the rest of the warehouse from there.
