Fire OG and Tahoe OG

I smoked these before and was straight flame,fuego,FIYAA!! so i decided to grow them. IM A NOOBIE. I got 2 clones of each in my 2x2x5 grow lab tent. anyone have any advice growing OG kush strains???? im using fox farm nutes, 10 doller bag of natural potting mix from orchard supply , t5 2ft 4 bulb for veg, will switch over to a cheap / old 400watt hps light when flowering. im also using a homedepot philips bulb lol, im too fuckin broke to buy a $75+ doller bulb. will this make a big difference?

absolutely two of my favorite strains in the world. lights are important. save 10-15 dollars a weeks and you'll have enough for a new one by the time shes ready for flower. why spend hundreds on genetics if you arent going to let them be everything they can be

^^ Exactly with those strains your wasting the oppertunity of getting some fantastic plants/meds big time with so little light. They would be better off outside under the sun rather under so little indoor wattage. But if there is no way of getting more because of lack of funds then just make the best of what you've got already and upgrade after you've harvested

If you have a 400 w hps magnetic ballast then buy a ceramic metal halide bulb. There way better than hps or mh and you use it the whole grow, no switching bulbs. And there only 50$.

So there better and cheaper. Make sure u get the right one

By the way I'm growin tahoe og and jedi kush under my 400 watt cmh's and have super tight nodes. There crazy tight

im growin chem valley kush right now, and i am very close to being done. Its the best i have ever grown i think, and ive grown probably at least 20 different strains. I have the og dominant pheno and it smells very strong og with a lemon cirtrus undertone. Huge fat dense nugs, tons of trichomes, and a great yield. I have heard awesome things about cali connect and i can definatley confirm. good luck, i am anxious to try the taho myself

ive heard alot about the tahoe,supposed to be some killer shit.id like to get me sum cali connect gear here soon.good luck my grow is ghetto as hell but i take time and care for them like a broke momma in tha hood watches her bebe kids.they always look better than my homies grow in hydro steups w/expensive lights,exhaust.
