I would recommend getting FOXFARM Ocean Forest, mix that with perlite and make sure you cover the bottom of your pot with hydroton(thats what i do) you can even mix a little hydroton into the soil.

Don't worry about bloom right now, you need to make sure your plants roots can grow more to support the massive uptake of nutes during bloom

The reason you are having DEF is because your plant is root bound and its not getting enough nutes because its not getting watered with nutes enough. and even if you were watering it with nutes enough the amount of times you'd have to water it in that small of a pot would quickly result in salt buildup.

So heres the plan, if you haven't already, FLUSH, let dry from three days, then transplant with FOXFARM OCEAN FOREST soil, PERLITE or HYDROTON. Immediately after the transplant is done make sure you use Thrive alive or Super Thrive with only a few drops in your water and some Cal/Mag, use this ONCE after you have finished the transplant and then the next morning Do a foliar feed with only cal/mag (if you can with cal/mag, read the bottle). Then let your plant repair and get used to its new conditions for 5 days. Thereafter water with regular non-nuted or very very mildly nuted water for two-three weeks, then flush again, then start bloom by watering with blooms nutes and a 12/12 light cycle
