*#1 - grew a lot, side branches grew pretty long
*#2 - grew several inches. does it look like stretching?? i'm not sure if it's supposed to look like that =\
*picking up plants from apartment and temporarily moving it into mom's backyard (hopefully). She loves plants, and nobody can look into our yard.
*Will transplant into a 5 gallon bucket when I get there.

strongly suggest u put em out in the backyard, flowering with CFLs is like build a bus with a 1.6L toyota engine.
the summer sunshine is much more powerful than any light source that's manufactured. (the advantage of my 600w hps has kicked in, my plants are 1 week younger than yours but look much bigger and busher than yours)

#2 is kinda over stretched, I don't mean it's too tall but too thin, pinch it harder. (I pinch mine 2-3 times per week and all stems are wooden like now, my fingers no longer do the trick, so I put chop sticks on both side of stem/branch then tighten chop sticks, roll em up and down)

Im gonna post some pics of my plants next time.

Will do! Definitely have to try this pinching thing.
I just have to work out a schedule for making sure they get 12/12 since I don't want to tell my brother, and he tends to take care of the grass back there.
Is it alright if I leave em in the buckets and just have them sit out there half of the day as opposed to planting them?

it's alright to do that, but make sure u put em in the middle of your backyard cus u dont want em to be shaded by the wall or fence.
one other thing, I've never grown outdoor weed, so u gotta ask somebody else with outdoor experience that is there another temp limit for outdoor plants, cus I heard that u gotta keep the grow room under 95 degrees and that's a negative if u live in a state with lethal summer heat like Tx or Az.

BTW, remember i told u one of my 4 died so i germinated another one to fill the blank, I was about to throw away that "dead", but it revived 2 days later......so now I have to grow both of em in one pot. luckily a 7gal pot is big enough for 2 plants I think. BF LSD is a tough strain!!!

**moved the buckets to the backyard a few days ago. but the sun scorched the tops of BOTH my plants after just one day. and it looks bad enough to affect its photosynthesis. plant #1 got the worst of it.

**#1 i've been lazy and stopped LST because i don't have to worry about size height anymore, but thinking of starting to tie it down again so the sun can hit the side branches better. this plant got the worst burns (picture #3). there was also weird white moldish looking stuff on one of the leaf blades. going to hit the leaves with neem oil because bugs are major in the yard.

**#2 received less burns because it was initially in a shadier place. i ended up moving #1 right nxt to it.

**rained yesterday, so i didn't water them, but they look like they need more water already maybe because it's so hot out.

**time to start flowering sunday, but i'm starting work monday so i have to figure out how i'll manage to bring them in at the same time every evening for 12/12

IMO they're fine, u don't have to take care of em like new born babies, a lil sun burn is alright as long as the plants keep growing and look healthy. and IMO they need time to get use to the sun instead of CFLs, it's like the moment u get out from a movie theatre, your eyes need time to get use to the sunlight.

Thanks (:
I usually keep the plants in the bottom yard which is fenced.
HOWEVER, as of late I have been leaving it on the deck since it's a real pain to carry it up several flights of stairs and into it's designated closet.
(two 5 gallon buckets is not an easy task for a girl of my stature hahah)

In picture 1 the houses ACROSS from us live further than it looks and they can't see into a deck that's on higher ground.
In picture 4 the deck you see is not my adjacent (left) neighbor, but two houses down and I don't think they can really see into the area of the deck I leave it in, it's covered by various beams.
However, there is one neighbor that does concern me (the one to my right). So far they seem clueless as they know my mom plants a lot.
But when the buds start becoming noticeable.. I plan on taking it back down into the yard for safe measure.

Good looking out (:

*amount of pistils are increasing
*leaves are not as green as they were during vegging !!
*on plant #1, there are sporadic burns on random leaves. It doesn't seem to be spreading (crosses fingers) but the leaves will definitely fall off completely in a few days. I think it's the neem oil I sprayed but didn't wipe off :wall:
*on plant #2, there are no burns, but lower leaves are yellowing. I'm assuming because the sunlight can't reach down there, but some of the top fan leaves don't look deep green/healthy. Not sure why.
*hoping the loss of large fan leaves wont affect bud production.
*any insight/tips would be GREATLY appreciated!

On Plant #2 (uncle bob), I accidentally broke the main stem and it split 2 inches right down the middle :o

I tied it together with a ribbon and used a binder clip to temporarily tighten the gap. I've read that this occurs every now and then and that if the plant can survive a day, it should be able to heal and continue to grow.

TIPS & ADVICE would be very much appreciated!!

You can't see the obvious split here since this is post fix-up, but you can imagine a huge split riiight down the F'n middle.
