First Coco grow

1A1DD189-5842-4C98-AF2B-105E58F62075.jpegOne plant is showing some brown stripes on the leaves and the tips are curling up. Any idea what could cause this? All other plants are fine, this one is closest to the fan and air filter if that makes any difference.

This is my first coco grow and my first shot at manifolding using nebulas instructions. They are in 5 gallon buckets 70/30 coco/perlite. 4x4 tent with a HLG600R LED light at 36inches off canopy. Temp in the tent is 65 degrees with light off and about 75 with light on. They are in week 3 of veg and they look a little droopy. I’m feeding GH Trio and CalMag and 1/4 strength once a day. Im wondering if I have any issues or should continue to keep watering once a day.

Also should I start to defoliate because a lot of tips are being covered by the big fan leaves.
Be on " call" , fire hose ready...

I hope so. Fingers crossed that it amounts to something. Height is fine, they stretched the first few weeks of flower but now they’re slowing down
