First grow and is she ready for harvest, week 10 of flowering?

I recently posted about this question and it's been 2 weeks since and I'm thinking about another week but that's why I am on this site. Please give me some feedback on whether or not she is ready or almost there here's a few pictures. And I know that it's not the best looking but I think for a first time growing I am already excited about the harvest but after all the time and effort I have into her just don't want to screw up the last step so it's just in soil and haven't used any nutrients throughout the grow only fertilizer during transplant and that's it I'm also only using 3 40w U-shaped fluorescent lights and they're full spectrum but I have been amazed that it grew this much under lights that a lot of people told me that no way in hell I'd be able to flower with them and it's flowering!

Looking ok but still has a bit to go. Don't rush it, be patient and you will be much happier with the result. And yes, she looks a little hungry, could give her some nutes, might be why the bud development is so slow.

Your not getting alot of responses because most here dont care about weeks, done when its done so take weeks as a basic idea of when to start checking not neccesarily a set chop time

I just read you haven't fed it? Feed it
I haven't used any nutrients in vegetative stage and flowering but I've used some fish emulsion during veg and dr earth at transplant and I am not sure what I was doing so I decided to give organic a try to help me learn how to grow first and then I will be using a nutrient regime for the next one. What do you suggest to give her especially since it's never had any, it sorta has me being careful about it but what do you suggest
