First grow, are these ready for harvest?

My main question is are these ready? the trichs are almost all amber but what is throwing me off is that only about 50% of the hairs are red. The first two pictures are of my white widow, both are the same plant. The other is some freebie haze that is 100% sativa, the hairs are about 25% red on that plant and the trichs are 50% amber, 50% cloudy.
I am not sure when to cut these down, do i let all the hairs turn red or do i go by the trichs and chop the white widow now and the sativa in a couple days?

I always thought that sometimes the rest of the hairs darken to their full red during curing. But I've never worried about that before. Plus, you have different strains. Best thing to do is compare the milky colored thrichs to the amber, if its 50/50 and no clearness or no more than 10 or 15% clearness, then it's pretty much ready. Magnafiers rock man

thanks for the advice, i just wasnt sure why the trichs were good but they didnt look like the other grows i've seen chopped on here.

2-3 weeks on the first one, hang in their bro,its tough to wait but I promise you the wait will be worth it, you see the thing is that the last few weeks of flowering when its sucking all the energy out of the leaves is when you gain most of your mass on your buds. Alot of people make the mistake of harvesting before its actually fully done imo. trichomes are important but just by looking i can tell theyve still got a good deal of swelling up to do still. your going for a couch lock high with the widow, but the sativa since its not as far in so you could chop for less bud thats more of a head high, the widow is past you having that option so you should let it finish all the way is basically what im trying to say. Do you have a hermie in your room or something? cuz the sativa looks like its seeding up, those are not normal growth or the way it should look if it was.

not if you don't want to.
it looks good.
pat yourself on the back, brilliant first grow.
if it were mine, it would stay on the plant another week.

honestly i have one WW runt that i kinda neglected. it started showing signs of flowering about a month after these two and it is very strange. i don't see any "balls" or pollen sacks, just all white hairs like these, but the cola looks like thistle. i was honestly wondering if that was a hermie for the last few weeks. the strange thing is i dont see any seed looking formations on the first plant, just the sativa. is this possible seeing as all 3, including the hermie are probably 6 inches from eachother?

look very closely over your plants for bananas, heres some example pics,
thank you for that, i will look over it and see if i see anything like that.
you scared the shit out of me lol, i thought you took my picture of my WW on here and photoshopped that shit in saying my favorite is a hermie =p
