First Grow-- CFL 12-12 from Seed

Heres some new pics I just took about 10 minutes ago. The younger one is needing to be watered almost everyday right now.

Welll....I think the younger one that was doing awesome is a male. The pics are blurry, but can anyone make out balls? I mean it looks like it to me, but Im not positive. Should I definitely be able to see white hairs by now if it is a female?

Edit: the pics are waaaay too blurry to tell anything. Ill use a good camera tomorrow. At this point, if it isnt looking female, is it definitely male? Or is it still too early to tell?
 
I took the male out. Sad to see it go, since it was doin so good. Started germinated a few earlier, so hopefully it will be ready to be planted soon. Heres a few pics of my other plant:

Well, my budding one is my only one right now haha. I ripped out the other one because it turned out to be male. I will be planting another tonight or tomorrow.

I thought my plant was about a month old, but turns out I have pictures all the way back to 6/9/09. So embarrassingly, this little baby is 2 months old. I started flowering, and could visibly see white hairs by 7/6/09. Keep in mind though that I did about everything I could to stress/kill this plant because I had no idea what I was doing. I used Scotts time released nute soil, and I over watered terribly, and very frequently. That combination burnt the plant so bad that it really just stopped growing after about 2 weeks of suffering. So for about 2 weeks, I watered it the right way and did everything fine (even changed it to different soil without all the nutes), but it didnt grow but maybe a half inch. I said fuck it and started to flower. The only thing that has grown since then is my only little cola.

I got the hang out it now, I just have to get another female. Kinda ironic, I stress the hell outta the first one and it turns out female. I do everything right, the damn thing grows balls.

Right now I have one plant that I actually did veg for about a week and a half, but in that time I did so many things wrong that is is visibly waaay behind schedule and is tiny. It is definitely female and has a good bit of hairs, for being as pitiful of a plant that it is. I just germinated another seed, and got it in a cup and under the light yesterday. Pics:

yo dude. she looks nice.. but uhm you sure she's a girl? Because generally you wont be able to determine the sex of a plant until they are a certain amount of days old. If you start a seed at 12/12 (which i just did last month and now have two growing.. one def. female. not so sure about the other one) Question for ya too. Are those hairs like.. bud hairs? overtowering the top of the plant in the last picture?

Positive it is a female. Yea, those hairs are all the bud hairs, or whatever they are called. Im assuming it just looks so weird to everyone because it is pitifully tiny. It is the "main cola", except there arent any other colas on the plant ha. About being able to tell that it was female so ealry...I dunno, it did so bad when I first started it (look at my previous post explaining how old, and how badly it was stressed). But once I switched to 12-12, it really didnt take long (5-7 days maybe, cant really remember) at all before I could easily see white hairs. They just keep coming now.

Haha it isnt hard at all to make your plant look like this. Just do everything wrong you possibly can for the first 2-3 weeks, then finally figure out the right way to do things, and then force flower it haha. Too bad there isnt a contest for smallest yield, I think I would win ha.
 
Rolltide i have to give it to you if anybody saw that i did ,you just show me the easyest way to sex a veg plant that i took clones off of, if i was not sure of the sex. very sadden on how the out come turnout:cry: ,but thx teach nex time u get an apple bongsmilie teach on
