First grow ever, looks like bad yield?

a friend keeps telling me "read the plant, not the manual"
google "trichomes when to harvest" that will be your best indicator of when to harvest
BTW the first 8 weeks of flower are easy, it's waiting those 3-5 days at the end when it "should" be ready but it really isn't
 
Update! I dont know much, how does it look? Me myself think it looks good, some yellow leaves but thats ok I think?

those babies are getting ready, the yellow leaves are the plant pulling in as much food as it can for the precious buds, maybe time to start thinking about flushing in a little while
turning in to an awesome first grow

Thank you! When i am flushing, can I use the bloom stimulator till the end or just water? I am using the GO Biothrive bloom as nutrient and GO BioBud as bloom stimulator..
 
I was hoping someone else would reply I have no idea on that front, current grow will be my first with booster and that brand says use it all the last 2 weeks, but it's a different brand
 
Pretty much, they're at the start of being ready, what you got will get you high, getting up to about 80%brown trichs should be a more couch lock smoke. So Basically it's down to your patience and preference

All the top buds looks like the one with the lighter.. Its about 20tops on each plant..
