First grow, first try at LST

Howdy I am currently doing my first grow and I wanted to try out doing LST. Here is my first bend:


Any opinions or suggestions? I just used a wire from a coat hanger to kind of hook the top down then I tied a little piece of fishing line closer to the bottom of the stem. I'm pretty sure I get the general idea of it but it's my first time so I'm still just trying to learn.
