First grow! Looking for feedback!

Give them another week or two. You can let them get a decent size in solos. The more root mass the better they will handle the transplant and quicker they will grow.
10-4 Captain. I'll keep an eye on em. I am just entering week 2 of flower in my main tent. Hoping to have these going and able to harvest a month or so after those ones finish up, at which time I'll be able to move the clones of the keepers into the flowering tent, hopefully. lol. Got about 7 weeks to line it up. I'll get a system going eventually.

Welp I hit em with the ole cocktail. Hope they like it lol. They better, I cut my damn finger during the water process! lol.
So the girls are about ready for another hit of the ole food and water. Crazy they are drinking way faster. Went from 84 hours, to 72, to 60, and now it's been just 48 hours and they're already dry. Another thing I noticed is that the top dressing I added last time has hardened atop the pots almost like cement... really gotta dig into it to get below it. Is that bad? Brewing up some food for the ladies now, added some P-K and microbes to this batch as well. Let's see how it goes.

Just finished up feeding the ladies. Little late but they've got roughly 5 hours of lights on left. I take my time watering, takes about 30 minutes to do 6 plants with just under a gallon for each plant, 3-gallon pots. I swear they went from being droopy to praying between when I started and finished. Is that possible, or am I crazy? lol. I am thinking they liked their meal.

So I spent the night at my brothers last night. He just moved into his new place. I come home today and one of my seedlings is hurting bad! Ugh. I gave them all a good spray before I left yesterday morning too... the others were fine, but the biggest of them is really droopy. I gave her a good foliar spray and watered her good, really hoping she bounces back. Wasn't even gone a full 48 hours, I am surprised at how bad it is. On another note, the flower is looking great, I added some Incredible Bulk (P-K), Photosynthesis Plus, SLF100 and Recharge to my recent batch of food. Seems they're loving it. All of the purplish stems have gone almost 100% green, they look super healthy, and I've never seen them pray so hard. Stoked! Kind of helped soften the blow of my biggest seedling being wilted. I really hope she bounces back. I'll post pics later.

Here's a couple of pics for reference...

I even had my girl check them roughly 5 or 6 hours ago and she said they looked "fine" so I didn't have her spray them... lol.

Anyone wanna weigh in?20200907_223817.jpg20200907_223827[1].jpg

Sorry for the blurry shot, I hate camera phones. lol.

Quick visual update of flowering tent.

Day 12 Flower, looking good, cpl tops are getting away from the rest but for the most part even canopy. Going to defoliate in the next day or two, just been busy helping my mom clean her house so she can put it on the market.

That little lady is bouncing back! Stoked, to say the least. I will post some photos later tonight after dinner. The flowering ladies have a cocktail brewing up in 2 5 gal buckets. Gonna give them a nice soaking tonight as well I think... if my timing is right, they're gonna be hungry and thirsty! Lights come on in 5 minutes.

Also, got my second 730nm bulb today, and 2 660nm bulbs as well. I got the fixtures the other day. I've been running 1 730nm bulb for 10 minutes at lights off, it comes on 3 minutes before (7:57AM) and runs until 8:07AM. I'm going to run the 660nm pretty much the same for 10mins at lights on. Have to do some reading into the Emerson effect, as I believe if I run both spectrums at once it is beneficial? Anyway, some research and feeding to be done tonight.

Cheers!

So I am going to be giving some far/deep red a try, using it as initiators until flower week 3, then running normally (for the most part) till harvest for the Emerson effect... here is my idea for the schedule.

Flower Week 1-3
7:53PM 660nm bulbs on
8:00PM LEDs on
8:03PM 660nm bulbs off
7:57AM 730nm bulbs on
8:00AM LEDs off
8:07AM 730nm bulbs off

Flower Week 4-~10
7:53PM 660nm on
8:00PM LEDs and 730nm on
8:00AM LEDs and 660nm off
8:07AM 730nm off

What do you guys think? Posted this in the Far Red thread, but wanted to keep tabs in my journal as well.

Left my camera in my mom's car tonight after we took my daughter to the zoo for a special event. So no pics tonight. Anyway, tonight was a long night! I did my final defol, save for removing any fan leaves that are blocking bud sites moving forward. I was able to cut enough clones to put a bunch into my clone king and experiment with that. Tent looks much nicer, to me anyway... can see a lot more bud sites and less congested. Probably could have done more but I didn't want to push it, it being my first go-round. Pretty much removed all nodes/leaves below my scrog, so the first 16-18 inches of the plant are stripped. I then removed any branches that only made it to the top of the scrog, rather than the trellis. That's where I got the clones from. All-in-all took me about 4 hours to defol and set the clones in their plugs in the clone king. After cleaning it up some, I saw a few things I could do better next time. I think because I am monster cropping there are just shoots everywhere, its a little crowded in some areas. I look forward to starting from seed and having more control on this next go around. Although all the clones I just cut will be monster crops as well lol. Oh well, good to experiment. I'll post photos tomorrow!

So I've been slacking hard on updates. Got my camera back so I will have some visuals later. Everything is looking great! Was going to take some photos last night but I waited a little too long to water and the girls were lookin mighty rough when I opened the tent at lights on. lol. After a nice drink they spruced right up after a couple hours.

On another note, all of my "seedlings" got transplanted into 1gal pots. I have them in a 3x3 area under a Spider Farmer 2000. As soon as they went under the LED they exploded, growing much faster and way more vigorously than under the T5. Still got one little runt in a solo cup (the Dosidos x 9# Hammer that looked like hell in an earlier post), but I think he'll be ready to transplant soon. I figure I am going to leave them be for the most part, no topping or training at all, and will just let them grow naturally. In about 2 weeks, when they're 12-16" tall, I will cut clones, flip to flower, remove males. I'll let them all grow out, harvest, cure and sample. From there I'll be able to decide which females I want to keep, then I'll either chuck the rest or give them to good friends. These are also my first crop that will be done entirely with Grean Bicycles. I do have some enzymes and microbes I will add periodically though.

Anyway, pics later!

The OrangeBlow and Bluepops seem to be getting away from the PunchBowl. All three are amazing phenos. I cut a bunch of clones off these when I defoliated, I am going to run the OrangeBlow and BluePops one more time I think, they seem to grow well together while the PunchBowl is lagging behind. That OrangeBlow is stacking hard and the terps are crazy already.

Slipped up hard. I must've fucked the timer on my 730nms up from messing with it. I have been putting it on override while lights are on instead of just adjusting the timer. Lazy ass. Well, last night the 730s were on for about 6 hours longer than they should have been. I turned them off right when I noticed. Thinking I am just going to give them 18 hours of darkness and then resume regular scheduling tomorrow.

What do you guys think? My other homie thinks I should just kick the light on in 2 hours when it's supposed to come and immediately resume schedule, essentially only giving them 6 hours of complete darkness. He says the damage is already done and I'm just slowing things up if I wait. Ugh. Really hope I don't get any herms.

I blame this Bonkers my boy grew, loving it, but might be indulging a little too much lol.

So everything seems to be fine so far. I ended up giving them 12 hours of dark after the mishap, and then resumed regular schedule, so they got about 6 hours of light last night, 12 off and then came back on at 8pm and will shut off in 4 hours at 8am. I ended up doing one more round of defoliation cause it was getting a bit congested and my homie didn't think I took enough last time. After finishing this last round, I can say I am pretty confident that this will help a lot, I can see way more nodes and flower. Did the best I could, I think this is the biggest con when it comes to the scrog... Once they're locked in you really don't have many options, and my 5x5 is in the corner so it's hard to get to a couple of areas.

Anyway... This is it. Assuming I didn't fuck myself with that timer mishap I am in the home stretch. Just gotta make it another 5-6 weeks.

I'll post photos tomorrow. Everything is looking and smelling great though!

Hey guys! Sorry for the lack of updates. Things have been kind of on autopilot in the flowering tent as I continue to work on clones and need plants. Grean Bicycles SS is working awesome so far!

Anyway, I found some bugs in my runoff tonight... anyone know what these are? I think the little white ones are springtails, if so I am not too worried about them, but there were a few others lurking around in there. No bugs on plants or leaves that I could see, they seem to be living in the soil, or just under the pots? Strange!
