First grow need some help

Hello everyone i have a few questions i would like to have answered. The more i read the more i get confused. There are so many different answers concerning growing.

On march 2nd I started germinating 7 seeds in a dome using soil peats and 3 T5 bulbs. Two emerged (the largest) a week later I transferred them into solo cups. During this time 3 more seeds sprouted and I transferred two in solo cups also, the last i put in a cut soda bottle as it was a late bloomer. On the 14th I switched from 3 T5’s to a 300w vistaspectra (aka burple) and started noticing they were not growing. From what ive read I probably shocked them during transplant and the change of light, so i let them be . On the 20th I noticed them growing again and as of today they has seem fine after a few hiccups.

My questions are:

1) Should I leave them to grow more in the cups to not shock them again?
2) Should I transfer them to their final 3 gallons pots?
3) Should i add more white light “Now” to encourage more growth? ( I’ve read the 300w burple is actually 130w)

I order and am waiting these mars hydro lights to replace the burple.

2.5x2.5x5 gorilla tent
300w burple
Mother earth terrecraft soil
Water ph 6.5
First 2wks 24/0, changed to 18/6 schedule on the 14th.

I would have put them in the 3 gallon pot right away, I got my outdoor babies in 20 gallon pots and yes add more light

I agree with @Bsmoke78. At this point I'd let them grow on a day or two after recovery just so they don't get messed about too much, then put them straight into 3 gals. The larger pair will be wanting to stretch their roots out a bit quite possibly by now. You could leave the smaller pair a bit if you wanted. The thing I would draw your attention to would be watering. Much easier to over do in big pots with small plants. End up with an inch or two of sludge at bottom where roots don't yet reach, rotting roots and, in extreme cases, dead plants. So keep an eye on that would be all and you'll be fine. Or rather your plants will! You may like to increase humidity a little for a little while if I'm reading correctly, 54%?

Thank you for the reply and, yes 54%. Ive been having a hard time keeping the humidity up. While looking for a solution that’s actually how i came across this forum.

You can get these little humidifiers real cheaply and a couple may help. I'm not sure what they're called, people put them in their kids rooms and the like to help with breathing if the air real dry. I have a couple in my tent and they're ok for a small area. Cost me bout 20 bucks. Put out vapour without heat, atomizer or some such I think.
Or you can get more expensive options....

You can keep them in the cups a while longer. It's easier to water in smaller pots/cups and they're in no danger of getting root bound. I find they grow better if you grow in smaller pots and "pot up" multiple times. If you do transplant them, be very careful not to overwater until the roots have filled out their new home.

Yes, the watering is the issue as mentioned. Much easier to over do in larger pots. However you will find yourself watering much more often in smaller. Several times a day sometimes as they grow.
