ehh i dont really got a good light for them im just using 75 watt normal light i guess thats what u call it but when i go to town ill pick up a better light

Ya, if your using incandescents you won't get to far. When I said you plant is weak, it's because they need light. Notice how stretched they are. They should never need support, for there first few weeks of life, try and make the stems stronger with a constant fan, or shaking it a little every now and again.
When heavy buds exist, then I would see a need for support.

you might wanna put each plant in its own pot b4 the roots get to big,
I would suggest you read the FAQ for more info.
when you said 75 watt normal light if its a incandescent bulb it just will not do as itzcesar said, you would have more luck with 2 candles, incandescent bulbs are just heat and are off no use for growing anything,
