Okay so I picked up a clone from the dispensary. Now I'm 2 weeks 5 days into veg and im running into a couple of problems, first off: Edges on top leaves are browining slightly. Secondly: New leaves that are growing on top are a very light green and edges are curling. I am growing 1 plant for my first attempt, I am running a 150w cfl currently about 4 inches from the plant. My soil is foxfarm ocean forest and nutes are foxfarm trio. I have a 6" vent fan and a small fan in the bottom corner of the 36"x20"x62" indoor tent. I have been adding 1/8th of the recommended nutes for for of nute burn. I also have a humidifier in the room that i run often to get humidity between 60-80 most often. The pot is a smart pot. Finally the clone is fire OG and tempatures get up to 88°F but not too often. Pictures below please help can't pinpoint exact problem by research.

Ah okay thank-you for the quick reply, what do you think about the brown edging on the leaves though?

Meh, maybe you got water on the leaf when it was little, its so random. If it was all up and down and on the tips would say nute burn but its not.

Now that you mention it I think i did spill some of my nute soulution water on it lol. Thanks for the quick info, I'll ride it out and post again if it worsens :)

Yeah, didnt know for sure if it posted the first time sorry lol. And yeah chea.pet my cfl was a little over a foot above the plant and was only getting about 15k lux on its brightest point so i lowered the light about 4" above the plant. After that the reading was a nice 45k at its lightest point. I'll be sure to pay attention to the plant growing onto the light too.

Nice ye you want to make sure there is enough light, you don't want them to over stretch to much in there quest for sun lol.❇

Yeah when I first started with my cfl I was told to keep it high, upon further research i learned low watt cfls need to be really close to get the correct lux. So i bought a lux meter and now I think Im getting the most I can out of my light :D no more searching for the sun!

I actually have a question for you guys if you're still around? My plant is a fire og clone like I posted, I am now 3 weeks into veg and the plant stands 6" tall, is this normal height for this strain at this time? Should it be taller? I know it varys with every plant even if its the same type clone but this seems a little stunted? Not sure first time growing any plant of any kind :P sorry lol

each plant is a living organism, so it depends on a lot of factor. imo. yes . as long as its healthy you are doing good. first roots will build up, then the canopy so if your in a 10 gal for example it might be smaller than if your in a one gal...do the kiss method ok??

Kiss method? I'm not familiar with it, I could do the research (i still will ) but I would rather have it explained by a tangible experienced grower if thats any problem? The pictues i posted are pretty much up to date with health. And I'm in a 3gallon smart pot if you need that info. Thanks for the reply Im so glad im finally getting help from growers rather than pure research! I really appreciate every bit of it from everyone! Thank you!

Produce :) and produce experience, thank you very much! I should take my own advise when I started and not over think every aspect of this. I started with one plant for that reason. A good reminder!

Any successful yield for my first grow after curing will be satisfactory, this is more for fun and learning than pure profit or even personal smoke :0 though having some percys after grow would be very nice! I look forward to all of this :)
