Whole bunch of posts close together - just stoked that I'm seeing people come around again sometimes. I had started to post elsewhere more.

I'm still here! Looks good bro, man I wish I had access to strains like you do. I've always wanted to grow Blackberry and I know the SSH is the bomb. I just want a better yielding strain than what I have now. I should've never let that Kush I had go! That one was a yielder and it was great smoke. Now I've got some pretty good strains going but none of them are really high yielders.

I'm not all about high yeilders right now. I got the Super Silver cause a friend had it sitting too far from a floro for too long and never had a chance to use it. It was lookin bad when I took it off his hands for FREE!! and I was broke at the time. Getting that strain was a fluke. It's probably the most popular strain around here to grow and it's everywhere. The strains I have now are more known for their potency and flavor than yeild. Purple kush is actually labeled as a LOW yeilder by most. I can't produce much in this space anyway. Forgot to mention in your journal about my exhaust, going now.

Hope I don't sound like I'm gloating above. I'm very stoked about how available all kinds of strains are available to me, especially considering how things used to be. I always wanted to grow, but could never stomach the risk until the recent atmosphere of acceptance settled in.

Naa I took it the way you meant it. But for real though, if you don't have much space I would think you would want a high-yielding strain even more? If you can only fit 2-4 plants in your tent then I'd have something that's going to produce up in there. And yeah I think most Kushes are low yielders, which is why I def should've saved that one that I had. I got 8 oz's off of 4 plants on my second grow! It was crossed with NL#5 though, so that's prob why the yield was higher...

Ya I enjoyed having a strain in there that just BLOWS UP. But if you think about it: a "high yeilder" really only gives you few more grams per plant, so the fewer plants you have, the less difference that's gonna make. The high yeilder label is to attract people who wanna make money, which isn't bad, but I just want exotic, pretty buds that knock me on my ass. Four plants lasts me longer than I need so 6 will give me enough to make food and hash and maybe even some beer too!!

The last photo is some hash oil I just made from some Green Crack trim I've had curing for over two months. It took about 20 minutes and it's way better than I expected. It's just like earwax but not as potent. There's a picture of some kiefy stuff that came from the blackberry being in a paper bag to dry. There's one of a big joint with a hash worm inside it that you can see. The thing consisted of 8 different kinds of weed and 2 kinds of hash, all really bomb. You can see how my plants have yellowed, I dunno, figuring it out. Took a clone from the Sour Grapes top. My uber convenient setup with everything I need at my fingertips.

Back to blazin crack-hash oil. :joint:Peace

is that all perlite, whats your ph levels and humidity levels. looks like you need to control your nutrient levels a lil better. either too much or too little of something for the yellowing. if that's all perlite your p's could be holding a little bit too much water. remember too much or too little of something can be bad. your still doing a good job. just remember plants need air, light, and nutes to stay growing real good. if you can find a way to balance all of those things the better. meaning constant air movement, and feed or water at or around the same time each day or every other for now until there bigger

not bad at all for your first time. specially with the amount of space your using. you may want to read up on the SCROG method for yield and space reasons. its a cool method try it out

Just finished a scrog a few pages back I think. It has it's drawbacks. Mainly moving plants. I solved that problem with my own idea, but there were other problems. The biggest is that air doesn't flow between the foliage becuase it gets too dense. This means that it's almost impossible to spray for bugs without leaving a ton of moisture just sitting within the canopy... DUN DUN DUNNNN mold. It's just a mess. Having more small plants in the same space is more productive, if less risky. Thanks for stoppin by and the encouragement though.

Not too stoked on writing now cause I'm tired, so I'll just show some stuff. Not all that exciting cause there's no flowers yet but here it goes, in no particular order:

Some shots of my plants getting sad cause they were chillin in beer pong cups too long.
Lost some of the transplant photos somehow - sucks - I love transplanting.
There's also some from the third when I got home from a 5 day vacation and they'd jumped.
Then a few from right after that when I topped em, all but the kush.
Then some of the oil I made from Green Crack trim - just makes the best hash in my opinion.
A clone I took from the sour grapes (it has roots now but no pic cuz I moved my clone/mom spot to another house, not practical here).
My handy-dandy nutrient and supply drawer right below the plants.
A big joint with a hash worm in it that you can see. The thing had 8 strains of bomb nug and two kinds of top shelf hash. Five of us had trouble not letting it burn into the air.
A funny photo of how I ensure I have my tent light tight.
And the week one cocktail lineup. It's quite a dusie, I know, but I'm only using a bit of each, and easing into the strong stuff. The Purple Kush is having a small reaction, but all are looking great.

Just put in the HPS and flipped em so there's good stuff on the way.
Peace and thanks for stoppin by my grow.

Here's two of the six that were left over from the twelve I started with. Six are in the closet, one outside, three at a friends getting bigger before they go outside, and these two are going out there now. They were adjusting to thier new pots under the floro. They look like they're growing pretty good now. Two of the three that are at my friends may become moms for us. Blue dream and purple kush, two solid strains. We may add sour grapes and whatever else we come across cause we got a little more space now.

Setup somewhat stabilzed again, for now. My six are flowering in the closet, and that's the only plants left in my room now. Of the six that were left, now four are on the roof spot. I'm planning on making straight bubble hash out of everything I get off the roof. My friend and I decided we would keep two as moms - purple kush and blue dream so we can learn a bit. He has ten recently cut clones of my 3 strains rooting. 8 clones that were rooted or nearly rooted were moved to another friend's house. When they are big enough they will be dispersed to other patients, thrown outside, guerilla planted, or flowered indoors in one of the four locations that are now part of my circle. This cycle will continue until we have a good grasp on how to clone, how to maintain a stable cycle, and how we should move forward. With four locations - two of them next door, 7 different light systems, at least 5 recs... ya we're gonna wreck house.

It's been a while so I'll just do a few from each shoot day. You can see the dates. Today they are 6 weeks, 2 days. The Purple Kush will get cut at 8 weeks and the rest within 9 probably. One of the PK looks almost done already.
