first grower... is it time to flower?

growing conditon: x2 45W LEDs full spectrum (250w HPS equiv)
x2 60w CFL 5500k (will switch to 2700k)
x4 20w FL 5500k
x2 12w LED spotlight (blue, only on for 18 hours)

the CFLs and Fluos are on 24/7, the LEDs are on 18/6

using DWC
x4 Rena 150 Gal pumps
12 Gal Reservoir
x2 water circulator
x8 5" air discs
x1 water chiller

74 degrees Fahrenheit
60% Humidity
68 degree reservoir temp

ventilation: 150CFM

CO2 enrichment: x2 1 gal (yeast and sugar, fermentation)

Nutes and suppliments:
GH Flora Nova Series
Sensizym
Subculture M and B (only used B when reservoir got 70 degrees plus)
Super Thrive
Floralicious Plus
KoolBloom (when flowering)

nute level 1/4 strength
ph: 5.5-5.8

the 2 bigger plants are planted in mid january, while the smaller plants are planted in beginning of feb.

strains: 3x white widow, 3x blueberry (my mistake, didnt know the difference between sativa and indica and their respective differences in flowering times)

Please let me know if i could flower by end of this week (2/28)! +REP!

grow tent is 5ft tall. and no i dont have HPS, i only got LEDs and CFLs. I cant use HPS for flowering because my reservoir is in the tent, when i did use a 400w HPS, the tent temperature went up to 85 and my reservoir temp climbed to 76.

i am not really worried about vertical space, its more of a length and width problem... (2ft x 4ft), the bigger plants are already touching the mylar and thats before topping and flowering xD. so i think if i top it next week, they will get super bushy (like a furburger), and ill probably have to Nair (trim) the plants to keep it small
