First indoor Closet grow.. how's it going?

The flowering isnt finished, its a 6 by 6 closet with 10 ft ceiling height. I got rid of 4 of the 8 CFl's and the temps drop'd some but not much, still gettin highs of 87-88 with door closed, during the day i can leave the door cracked and it drop to 80-85. Going to go get a box fan and try to rig up some sort of better circulation.

Looks good so far.. The only thing I would suggest is coating your walls with aluminum foil, dull side out (yes.. DULL side..), to keep all that great light focused on the plant. You can get reflective mylar esp. for the purpose, but it's expensive.

BTW, reefer seeds are 50/50 male/female by nature. If you get 8 out of 10 as males, it's just bad luck, not a portent of future results. I've heard some say that, if your pH is too low, you will kick out more males. Don't know whether there's any actual science to support that, though.

So bottom line, your chance with one plant going female is 50%

well I have more seeds, better strain soon to be planted once i get this veg room under control. Which I think i have, simple solution just leave the closet door open, I will just have to set alarms to remind me to close it and open it as the lights turn on and off. My temps have drop to 77-80 degrees. So i will be adding the other plants soon.

Ok, so I was thinking about going to 12/12 already, this plant here is just a test plant for the veg closet setup, temps are good now, plenty light and is showing great growth. So im thinking about just going ahead and throwing this one into 12/12 from here on out to find out if its female or not and see if i should waste any more time on it. Will be sprouting the new seeds soon enough and grow prob 4 at a time in the veg closet.

So let me know if you think I should go ahead and throw it into 12/12?

It's still really small. Sure you COULD throw it into flowering, but I don't see any point, and since you've got nothing better to do with your grow room for now anyway, why not give it some extra vegging time? Seems like a waste to flower it this early man

no way man, u can use this one as a test dummy, cut some clones and work on ur cloning ablities, thats the next step.
