Do not up-pot and flip to 12/12 in 5 days. I'd recommend transplanting to a 1gal pot in a week or more from now, let them grow roots in that for another week or more, then transplant to a 2 or 3 gal pot and let them veg/train them for another month or more before flipping to 12/12

iam mentioning my plants saying it took 5-7days to transition to flower lol not to transplant in 5 days -_____- lol and u veg depending on your space....thats alot of transplanting lol..handle and take whatever advice u want thou....i recommend u start in a 1 gallon and transfer to final pot....ive tried side to side methods and everything but its up to u if u wanna find out...2-3 gallon is gonna get root bound and your going to be feeding water everyday in flower...5 gallon plus like 2 days .....the difference between 1g-2g is like a inch in circumference not alot lol...even a 5 gallon isnt really a 5 gallon....its more like a 3-4gallon root ball...u would have to fill it all the way to the top...and it takes time before the roots even reach up their....you should read how roots grow anywho not trying to sound arrogant now lol...good luck thou...try a gallon and solo cup side to side....and u will see for yourself :p i get bigger pots for the cover crop...and when i pour water so it wont splash out or anything...or adding dry amend's....adding extra layers and yea

I have a roleadro\ galaxyhydro 300 and 600. It looks similar and is priced similar to this light. I am a new grower using these these lights and i think they are doing fine so far. It looks good to me but then again im new to this. I do not know if the sonlipro spb2000 is comparable but the design is exactly the same. Here are some pics of where im at right now with my plant. I believe im in week 4. Also pics of seedlings i transplanted and put under led lights a few days ago. Hope this helps.

more tips if your not rich living in a apartment living like me lol...i barley started perpetual..lol...its doable wont give a whole story but u can get fire with organics lmao....switch to coco if u want more yield double the yield i never done it before takes more attention everyday while u can leave fire organic living soil away lol more than coco in my knowledge not a guru just guessing by soil lol...coco u feed er day....ima try hydro soon iam not gonna lie just for that yield....but its not true organics like living no till....true organics.....if thats what u want....run off 10% water. than tea's.....i dont have a massive vocabulary on here but u got the basics lmao. thats 400 watts. in flower for half the closet lol....for soil....plus nobody knows just for the closet but i have the whole room lmao...but closet good lol. i wont share on here lol

people are probably gonna say how u get air....have a thick blanket sealing everything..and a fan at ur window blowing in..and take off the thick blanket and leave the curtain during the day....and smoke a fatass j whille u watch ur plants grow....and have a veg tent growing.....ready for flower.....sigh iam done now hahahahah i just got skills for soil lol..not alot but like a padawan almost master...like i said i barley started perpetual but ive grown about 20 plants and murdered a insane amount in soil in different stages i just killed 5 large plants last week in here lmao.

Okay yes my grow room is technically where the washer and dryer would go so I sealed it off with a thick blanket, and of course got the inside as good as possible but I’m not rich lol. My plan was an oscillating fan ?

Few days have gone by so things must have already moved on,first thing popped to my eyes watching the pics is that the soil looks way to wet…it might still grow but it definately keeps things slow…next time try to only mist.when i plant the seed into the soil i only give it a good mist,and just where i put the seed and i slowly increase misting as i see progress,if i happen to over water i just poke some holes on top of the soil with a pencil to help the topsoil dry faster,it’s the combination of air and water that boosts the growth.the soil you are using looks way to compact,it might not be potting soil but garden soil,next grow use a soil that uses perlite,a proper potting soil is from fox farm ocean forest,you can buy it online or just look some nursery in your area might carry it,but any good organic potting soil should do it,check that it contains perlite.of course experience is the best way to learn,you will do better as you acquire it…

they will just have the basic's like i said before....and i can murder an insane amount cause i have seeds for it i still have like 100 left lol....i kill males/hermies and small female plants that dont look like they will give me alot lol not worth the time and space anymore ive grown them out alot of times not worth it (genetic mutations and so on)..ive bought different kinds of soil...that were throwing the ph off to much....toss them to much work....bought soil from home depo that was infected with bugs and i still grew it and i end up throwing it away wasted another 2months doing that....never get soil from outside from home depo lol if u do....check it very well...if it has bugs just return it...its bad not only just for weed.....yes have an oscialiting fan in front of your door where u get air from dead air causes mold circulation everywhere.....and when u set ur blanket make sure u dont have a light on during sleep time....tv is fine and small lights just not your main light near the room wont leak in just go inside and check how strong your lights can be during the night or build a door if u own the place where ur at lol.your plant is your baby now....u and your bf have to be on the same page to grow it lol...

FF Ocean Forest may be 'proper' but it can also cause problems of its own due to how much nutrient content.

I'd hazard to guess that the cup soil is too dense and holding too much water for too long. So in the future, I'd keep an eye out for lighter soil and amend it with plenty of perlite, etc. so it drains well and easily.

Rather than Ocean Forest which seems to get a lot of people in trouble due to how 'hot' the medium is, I chose to go the other way for my current grow... Pro-Mix HP+ it's got a reputation for being much more neutral in it's nutrient content and also is light in density with about 30% perlite onboard before you fuss with it.

The consideration is that if you want a soil that will be fairly plug and play Ocean Forest will be that way for about 4 weeks...though it can be a bit too hot for some newly sprouted seedlings. After it runs out of steam, you'll have to top-dress or start using other nutrients to feed. If you're looking to actively add nutrients right off, it can be a problem and many people over-feed due to that.

...or a soil like Pro-Mix that doesn't have the same amount of nutrients in the soil, so you have to start feeding sooner, but it may give you a bit more control over how and what you feed.
