First Legal Grow! Need Some Help Please!

Hi everyone!

I have moved to a state where I can grow legally! Hopefully every state soon. With being said I am a novice and know it! Here are the details:

DETAILS: JACK IS ON LEFT!
I'm growing Jack indoors in a area 8.95' squared. I vegged for 8 weeks and LST as well as topped = 30+ tops. Its in Roots organic soil (camo bag) and I'm using 3 part Advanced Nutrients series featuring micro, grow, bloom. I have a mars hydro 600 watt hps equivalent, hanging about 14" from canopy top. I feed every 3/4 days. Last feeding was 6ml of micro, 5 ml of bloom, 4ml of grow, 2ml of calmag, 1 tbsp of ulsuphred molasses. Ppm of concentration about 650. PH of soil around 6.5. I always make sure to ph feeding to 6.2-6.7, I realize how important ph is for nutrient absorption. Temp is always between 77-84, unfortunately mostly 79+. RH is 44-52 as in week 4 (day 30 exactly). Have a co2 exhale bag above plants. I will attach many pics, specifically off the problem.

The PROBLEM/QUESTIONS:
As you can see in attached photos there is some necrosis. I cant tell what this problem is. I have an idea, but I would like to hear some opinions to confirm. The sister plant in the photos only have 2/3 of the colas as the Jack, but is much healthier and denser, and none of the pistols have turned color. The problem is the growth of the Jack has seemed to stunt and at least half the pistols have went red in less than a week. I can clearly tell I'm losing yield from this problem the Jack is experiencing. I feel like every day it's not fixed I lose X amount of bud.

THANKS to all who will take the time to read this and offer advice as I do appreciate it and understand the struggle even this far of putting time, energy and money into growing this wonderous plant.

Well lower leaf's turn yellow in bloom the farther you are so that's not abnormal. However your humidity is a little high for my tastes. Hopefully you have alot of air flow to help in that area. How often do you water and are you feeding every time?

The pics tell the individual day of flower. After some more observation could it be a K deficiency. I ran a half gallon of ph water through the Jack and ppm was under 400. Which seems very low for a female flowering plant with 30+ colas in day 30.

I wanted around every 4 days, at the point I do the soil is dry, the leaves slightly indicate with a slight droop, and the container is very light. I have been giving them sufficient magnesium through micro and calmag itself.

Right on, sounds like you doing it right.
I might suggest adding a Tbsp of epsom salts per gallon of water next time. Magnesium is more of a macro than a micro nute. Some plants tend to need a lot of it.
How much potassium have u been feeding?

I have 2 fans in the area, I water about every 4 days, when plant is light and slight indication of drooping. I have been feeding every time for the last 3 waterings. Before that I was just giving them calmag water.

I have been feeding whatever is in micro(6 ml) and bloom 5ml.

Which bloom are u using? I prefer Earth Juice.
There should be 3 numbers separated by dashes on the bottle, N-P-K, nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium. These are the percentages of each within the solution. For plants the size of yours in the stage they are in, I would b giving them something like 3-7-7 once a week. I mix different solutions together to give me the desired percentages. If your potassium is not just as high as the phos, maybe it should b.
