First organic tent grow.....

The flange is the metal rim portion of the filter that the ducting is attacked to. Why are you so worried about the humidity?

Tubs of wet perlite help raise humidity better than tubs of water alone. Might help.

Maybe get stronger fans or add a fan just play around with ur positioning of them everything else seems good
Good luck

im not worried about the humidity but i`ve got a plan to get it at around 50 and then gradually lower it throughout the flower stage believing this to get me nice thc build up and thanks goodro

i would like to get the larger ducting but my filter and exhaust fan are 100m the same as my ducting. the air coller and new ducting were slightly larger so i had to modify, hope everythings ok lol

I have never heard of humidity effecting THC production. Super high humidity can cause a flowering plant to have stringy or fluffy buds but it really doesn't impact the THC much. Think of there the best outdoor conditions for marijuana are; Humid regions of India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and California. Humbolt rejoin around harvest time is damn near (if not) 100% humidity.

If you are worried about THC add some UV :)

Is that a cool mist humidifier? If not then maybe it is creating too much heat (vapor). I was looking at the setup and trying to figure it out. The air cleaner is sucking from inside the tent, running through the light fixture and out into the room? I don't have a tent setup yet and I'm only running a T5 for veg. but I plan on running a 600 in a 3'x3' type tent situation for flower "so I am very interested" (1.5m x 1.5m x 1.8m I think. Hope you get it dialed in soon :)

i have already been using a 125w cfl for nearl first 2 weeks of veg. yes it is a cool mist humidifier so thr`s nothing more i can do. gona try adding 2" of wet perlite and hope this helps. humidity`s fine when lamps off. i am gona buy some more 100mm ducting 2moro and run it from the exhaust fan away and hang it over the door which i must also keep open or it gets too hot again lol. this will vent the hot air completely out the room and hopefuully lower temp slightly allowing the exta bit humidity. i have heard that the plant makes more thc if the air getts dryer later on in flower therefore produces more thc to protect itself from burning. see my sense??

The burning is from intense UV. Humidity doesn't play a role in plants burning.

But by all means your plants will grow just a tad bit faster with the optimum humidity/health.

and tranka32 you`ve got it spot on,thats exactly how my setup is. my TT exhaust fan is at the end of the setup blowing towards the top of my open door.i have a 7" blowing cold air into the room from outside in passage ( cold air in nearest the floor and hot air escaping through top half of door, hopefully lol ). did try putting humidifier under intake opening of tent thinking this would slightly raise rh but instead the warm mist must be warming the air flowing in and it slightly raises temp

I don't think it'll effect it one bit.

*******Edit
I should take that back. Everything makes a difference even if it's a small one. Your plants might veg just a tad bit faster but I don't think it will effect your buds. And keep in mind that once your tent is full of vegetative matter your humidities will be considerably higher than now.

gona keep a diary on here so you`s can see how they`re going  just been and bought 10 meters of 100mm ducting to stick on end of exhaust fan so i can direct the heat from the room into the passage were i have a cold fan blowing onto the hot air being expelled. think this will lower my temps and humidity will go up :weed:

well it did help. i`ve put it how i said and the cold fan on to the hot air is working a charm.no condensation on the windows at all :) i`ve even knocked both the oscilating and the 7" fan both down too their first settings so thr`s still abit leeway for them to go up a level each when the summer temps come.
