First Outdoors grow

Hello! Im planning to start my first outdoors grow, as it's now legal in my country! (Up to 8 plants we can have!), and i have a lot of questions.
First of all,

When should i start? I live in the intertropical Zone and we get 12 hr of sun constantly around all the year, does this mean that i can start whenever i want and they will be ok?

How does the stages work in this zones? If there is no change on the sun hours how long does the plant takes to enter flowering stage?

I wanted also to make a cultivar of Trichoderma on grain (like a mushroom spawn) and add it to the pots, would this be helpful to the plants?

I've read about making "slushies" of greens and feeding them to them plants, is this something you do constantly or maybe just once? I would love to hear the ways you guys feed your plants, and even more if they are natural!

Also, i want to train them, and i guess a simple topping and having a cage around them would be enough, but do you know ways to increment the yield of them outdoors? I'm willing to stress them a bit!

12/12 year round? Can you gain access to a light? Would you be able to veg indoors a bit first? The 12/12 issue year round will result in flower from the jump for any photo period plant your sprout.
Or you can run autoflowers in your zone. Maybe your best bet? Where are you if I may ask?

Yes, have acces to a really low end indoors grow sys i could use, i did a full grow on there but i honestly it need a lot of improvement and was hopping to do a full outdoors. And i would rather not do Autos, ive read that the production on them is rather low, but maybe it would be a fast way to do it!

Do you know how to get seeds of autos? do hermeing them and auto polinating would work to have auto seeds? I was thinking to have a small indoors plant just to produce seeds.

And im from Mexico city!

Oh. Okay. Your not that close to the equator. You only have 12 hour days year round huh?
It seems that i was actually grong yes! Right now we are getting 12:06:53 hours of light, and the days are getting shorter, they are going to get to the shortest day of 10:57:40 the 21 of december, the first 12:00 day day comes is untill march 14.

So, this only leaves me with two options right? start indoors and get the plants out after maybe 1 month? or wait all the way to march and do a full outdoors run.

I dont know what to do, because i was hopping to grow rahter big plants on 15 gal pots, and i feel that the time indoors is going to be a bottle neck for them because i dont have that fine of a set up.

Okay. Now that we got that out the way lol

Yeah. A solid month indoors or light assisted will give you that jump you need to achieve a decent harvest. But if you want bigger plants. Longer veg time will be needed

I think i'll do a full run outdoors with light assist! thanks.

Here is the plan, for anyone interested:

Im planing to start potting directly to 15 gal in pre fixed black soil after sprouting in paper towels of "BCN Critical XXL" I'll be using the lights that i used for my first grow since they are outdoors reflectors, 3 of them, two 200 W and 1 supposed to be 100w that i think its 50W, the lights are going to come up from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, 3 hours of total assistance for 3 months, from october to december, im going to start flower. That would give me two months and 14 days of flowering the recomended for the strain is 60 days, that gets me a bit nervous because i dont want to have to cut early because of the light and possible reveg. I dont know if i should start feeding slowly since sprout or wait a month to start feeding.
