B bigsteve Well-Known Member Nov 17, 2017 #22 I tried cloning in a glass of water just to see what happened. Took 3 weeks for the first tiny taproot to appear. That's twice as long as my regular cloning set-up with dome, etc. Domes are less than $10 and are worth it. Good luck, BigSteve.
