First time grow, love the site and had to share!

Just got a new camera and I have read oh so many forums here on rollitup I figured maybe you guys would enjoy seeing these as much as I like looking at them every day. If you notice the tips a bit discolored its bc I was out of town 4 days and had just watered and added a N boost when I took these. This was just some seed I got from some good weed I got from a friend so I dont know about strain. I have a 600W light on em had both on 24 hours for about a month on MH and now I have on 12/12 on HPS... I think thats right. I am thinking from what I have read I have about 4-5 more weeks! First timer so go easy! Are these buds going to swell or what?! Let me know what you think!

Was unsure of how much loner they have. Vegged for about a month, they will be starting week 5 flower tomorrow.

I went to check on them today and the internodes are filling in nicely, also it seems there are 2 different strains, I need to charge my camera but going to try and post more pics tonight.

Hey Delta 9 I saw that harvest you posted for the kush you grew, was all of that yield from just that one plant? Seems like your buds were airy and not very dense, how much did it all weigh when you cured? how long did you veg and did you fim or top em? Sory lots of questions just my 1st grow as well and your looked good with a great yield. My plants I LST'd and they are about 2 feet tall.

Here are a few pics since just the other day. The pistils are still stretched and they are in full bloom. no discoloration as of yet but I say bud as long as you like! Cant wait for these colas to swell! Got a couple pics of the two whole plants as well as some close ups. I used the LST method not sure if I did it right but the results are good enough for me. I had a little trouble with the left plant at early stages and trimmed the bottom to prevent a bad spot from spreading. I read both ways on whether to trim before flower or not, and I definitely will be from now on. The right plant is untrimmed and the small branches stretched pretty far after i started 12/12. The left plant most definitely is focused on the colas rather than the stretching of branches and such. So like I said I will most def be trimming the bottom 20~% of my plants from now on. Hope you like my pics!

Haven't grown any kush. Would love to but not yet. As of right now I have a Powerplant in flower under about 550 watts of CFL light. She is going into week 3. Hoping she will be done and ready in about 5-7 weeks or so. My main room has 4 Super Lemon Haze and 4 Powerplant. I have been growing with a large Ebb and Flow system. Usually get anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5 oz per plant. Just switched to soil and waiting for my first soil harvest as of now. Height is not an issue for me so I veg till they are 2 ft. Then flower till trics are a beautiful amber color.

Yeah I just found out I have an order of some varieties of different strains being sent to me via a friend now. It will be great now that I am going to have a grow behind me I think I will be able to handle a few more plants and deal with some major smoke.

Also height is not an issue for me either I just heard that LST is the way to get the most out of your plant for indoor growing, it spreads the canopy out since indoor lights have poor penetration compared to the natural ball of fire in the sky.

New pics coming tomorrow and gonna need you guy's help, as I said this is my 1st time and some of the pistils are turning brown. Just gonna see if you guys thinks its normal turning or some sort of deficiency or something. Probably no worries but I am sure you could remember your 1st grow lol. I would have gotten them tonight but I didnt get a chance to go up till my lights were about to shut off. Happy Growing everyone!

Here are some pics I took today. Still very early but buds are beginning to swell and about 2-4% of pistils are turning. I noticed mainly the smaller buds are turning brown first and the bigger buds just have a few browns. Anyway please comment and let me know what you think!

Ok here are my plants after 38 days of flower. Like I said before the left plant looks like it is coming along faster than the right. If you live in the US you know temps have dropped off. Night before last my power went out and cut off my heater... lame. so that is why the leaves look droopy. I dont think it got any lower than the 40s in there but man they looked much better 2 days ago and I have insulated the room much better... I hope they recover. Also I just added 30 mins of dark to my cycle to simulate longer winter nights and help them along. If you are trying to guess which plant is which you can tell by the pistils. The left plants pistils are short and the right one had insane pistils and are still mostly white.

So the good news is that the little boost in nutes brought them back! The leaves are full again and nice and full green! I will post pics tonight! You can imagine I was very excited to see that this morning!
