First time grower browning of leaves, help?

(The one missing part of its leaf was just a mishap when it was seedling) other than that all my plants are 1-2 weeks old the one with brown leaves is around 2 & a half to 3 stunted growth and obvious brown leaves not sure what’s wrong.

What medium are you using? Have you given them any nutrients? Lights, RH exct tell us more about your grow environment.

How often are you watering them? They look pretty wet
