plz excuse grammer and spelling im tired as fuck and im high as hell! so ya there ya go

one in the back (grow light) is like 25 and i think the front fluoro is 15-20.

Y?
You can get much larger CFL at any hardware store cheap. You will need much more tight in even that small of an area.

Run 2 X 120 Watters and you will lke the results much better. More light equals more grams.

The sad truth is that you can never have too much light. As long as you can control the temperature in your box, put as much ight on them as possible.

If you box was only a little bit bigger you could fit some 4 foot T5 fixtures. You can pick them up for under $20 at the hardware store.

A small grow like this would love 6 40 watters. You can hang 3 2 bulb fixtures side by side and have a light bank eual to the commercial fixtures at a price of like $65 dollars.

That is the cheap way out. As much as it sucks it does take money to set up even a small grow.

Keep fighting the good fight and you will be fine.

ya i was checkin the dimentions last night and was like shit im off by like 5 inches!!!! but oh well i have read other posts on here that people have used surge protectors and turned them into a light bar with six something bulbs on it warm and daylight so i think ill just try and run two of those with 12 bulbs total with these two lights lol....so how much can u run on one household outlet???

You can put around 10 -15 amps on one outlet. It depends on the outlet installed and the wiring up to it.

More important is how much is on that circuit. If the breaker box has a 20 AMP breaker in it and you have a fridge on the same line you will not be able to run the full load.

I can tell you that a 600 Watt HPS and 300 Wats of CFL can run off of its own circuit. <g>

You should still run the biggest output bulbs you can afford. More smaller bulbs are less effecient than a few larger ones.

I agree. But i'm also in the same position as you. Trying to grow like gangsters and were just peons. On my budget i've found that 3-5 regular 100 watt equiv. CFLs, if moved around right, are the answer to your prob. I'm running mine through a cheap timer and even cheaper ext. cord.

If you buy the cheap sub $10 work lights you will get a cheap aluminium reflector and a way to mount them.

Just a sugestion.

Even big growers then to have a few around for the sake of extra light or clones. It's an investment that you can use for some time. And they will handle a large wattage bulb.

Remeber that when they say that it is a 100 Watt CFL it is normally a 100 Watt equivalent running on like 23 watts. That is why so many people love them.

Also, remeber that you can have them almost touching the plants even early one. Once you have a couple of sets of leaves move your lights up close and kkep a little fan on them. The fan will keep your little guy cool and iff you are carefull to have it only strong enough to tremble or shake your plant not blow it over it wil strenghten you stems.

Keep up the good work. I wana see this little lady grow.

Pop cans... Wow.... That IS g-h-e-t-t-o. I must bow to your determination. Keep looking in the dollar stores for some work light fistures. I think you will be much happier. But, you have to work with what you have now. Get a cheap thermometer. Stay above 76 and below 82. Like I stated before. Always maximize the good and minimize the bad.

I'm finding me and you in the same spot .

i bought 2 , 2 bulb 40 watt fluro's but they arnt quite dense enough light for later in veg.

You should look into Y brackets and a few lamp set ups with CFL's 26w or greater

6500k for veg
2700k for flowering ( which is the color of the bulbs)

i have 4 6500k and 2 2700k atm for veg on top of the 2 fluro fixtures. about a 90 dollar investment. (adding them slowly over timer helps to since us newbies are tight on cash, 2 a week or so.)

hope this helps you.
