First Time Grower Need advice

Hey whats up this is my first true grow. I am currently using a hydroponic grow kit from caligrowkits.com. It came with 2 LED Bulbs (336 Bulbs - Mixed Color for All Grow Stages) Digital Tempature Gauge & Hygrometer, 3 Months of Grow and Bloom Nutrients, 4 Plant - 5 Gallon Grow Box 17" X 13" X 10", 12" Long Bubble Air Stone, 10 Gallon Air Pump, Rockwool cubes, Hydroton Pebbles. I had four seeds but only one survived and it is Sour AK by g13 Labs which is about 3 weeks old now. I am so lost right now though it came with nutes which says give it 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon on bag for each gallon of water but doesn't say how often. The Sour AK looks a little small for 3 weeks but im not sure because i don't know if I have given it the right mount of nutrients or what. The only thing I have done is give it nutes 2 times once a week at a full teaspoon each time. also my grow room is 4ft x 4ft x 7.5ft but its not sealed off just using a corner of the room. I also have a small fan blowing in the general area of the plant.

I am also getting ready to purchase the HTG 600 watt grow tent kit from high tech garden supply store near me. The kit includes a AgroMax 4ft deep x 4ft wide by 6.5ft tall grow tent, 600 watt hps bulb and 600 watt mh bulb with digital ballast and Max Wing Reflector and Yo-Yo hangers, 6 pack seed starter kit (includes six seed starter plugs, styrofoam holder, and drip tray, six seven gallon grow bags (black interior, white exterior, three bags of Fox Farm Ocean Forest 1.5 cubic feet, Fox Farm nutrient trio ( Big Bloom, Grow Big, Tiger Bloom, 6" clip on fan, 4" grow bright high velocity fan, 4" grow bright carbon filter, 4" x 8" of reflective duct work, 4" tent flange, indoor/outdoor thermometer/hygrometer, and a 8 outlet surge protector with built in timer for $750.00 all together. I am also ordering some seeds from Attitude which are Skunk #1 G13, White Widow G13, Phatt Fruity Barneys Farm, Martian Mean Green DNA, and I am getting 3 freebies which are Kandy Kush, Sour Kush (aka Headband) and OG #18 all by Reserva Privada.

Well here it is if anyone could give me any advice, suggestions, tips etc.. that would be awesome. I need all the help I can get. Also another thing i was wondering was with the amount of lighting and the grow tent I have with all my nutes , soil etc.. what kind of yield am I looking at round about ball park figure also considering its my first true grow.

get you a ppm meter, a ph meter, and I think you said you had a light timer. look up the lucas method it is easy for beginners and works awesome! its what I used on my first grow and got almost 3oz off one plant and it was an auto. once you get a good grow under your belt look into other nutes like liquid and dry kool bloom for flower. you want h2o2 for keeping the water bacteria free, its hydrogen peroxide but you want food grade 10% and up the store bought is 3% which you can use but you have to use a lot of it. some calmag if you are using RO water aka reverse osmosis and a carbon filter for smell and plenty ventilation and fans to keep the humidity and mold down.

don't worry and be patient over loving your plants will kill them remember its a weed but using hydro you HAVE to pay attention to oxygen, ppms, ph which you want between 5.5 and 6.2, and temp, and the right nutes. seedlings use minimal nutes i mean like 100 ppms, in veg about 4 - 500 ppms and in full flower about 1200 ppms. oh and veg about 4-6 weeks depending on how big you want them to get. remember MH for veg and HPS for flower and the hps will stretch the shit out of your plant like 2-4 times its height!
