First time grower need some peace of mind

Hi this is my first time growing I’m now up to day 7 since my auto blue cheese popped the soil my set up

Grow tent -120x80x200
Lunar LED 300w light
6 inch Extraction ( seems too big for what I’ve got)
Growing in 70% coco been flushed and buffered and 30% perlite

So...one problem I’m having is trying to keep my humidity stable at the moment I can’t really run my fan 24/7 as it’s so big if I have it running for more than 5 minutes it will bring my humidity from 70% to 50%. I got a fan controller which I have at it lowest setting and still brings it down too much ( going to get a 4 inch after this grow )anyone got any tips to help this?
Are my girls looking good for how old they are? I feel like they haven’t really grown much in the last 3/4 days

Take some pics without the disco lights on please. (There are clear instructions on the main board... why do people upload these crappy pics?)

Look OK be patient try not to over water. Keep humidity around 60 to 70 if you can while they're still baby's. Don't check every few hours just let them do their thing

[/QUOTthanks for the feedback, I haven’t really watered them properly yet just been giving them a good misting on the top soil,

Thanks for the feedback, been keeping the humidity around the figure so that’s good, haven’t really watered them properly yet only give the top soil and good misting as the coco was dry on top. Think I should give them a decent feed with just ph’d water?
