First time grower plant issue

I have two plants going right now going on there 8th week. The one plant looks big flush and green while the other is smaller and looks sick. What is the problem and what do I do to save her.

did you give them any nutes and how often are you watering ?

Are they all three the same strain?

I give them the fox farm 3 pack big grow etc. I water them twice a week or mostly when the soil is dry. The one plant all grow has been growing slow.

Yes they are the same strain.

they look small. are they rootbound? are those like 1 gallon pots? they dont even look full either.

Also looks pretty dark in there. What kind of light are you giving them?

They are 5 gallon pots but not filled to the top with soil.

They are under a 4ft t5 and a 4ft t8 light.

If they are the same strain with the same soil and light, the difference might be the plant. Some plants are just runts, while others thrive in the same conditions. As long as the little one looks good, just give it time. By the way, I hope your lights were off in those photos because it looks dark. Good luck

Replace the t8 with some more t5' or add CFL'S. You don't have enough light.
