First time grower--sfv kush

I just bought a sfv kush plant and im growing it inside and i would like to kno wat type of lighting should i use. Im only growing this one plant and its my first time. Ill take any advice.

Well you got a few options.

CFL's- (compact flouros) Can grow some personal but hardly ideal
T5 Flouros- better, can actually use these for vegging/mother purposes.
HPS- 250 watt hps, but your gonna need a little airflow (more stuff) to control the environment/heat.
