First time grower.

So I have this scrawny little plant, I started outside for the first two months then transferred it into a pot and now it's growing inside. Its nearly been 4 months. It's flowering but gosh it seems like it's taking for ever. Please tell me what you think and please offer any suggestions.

So, light is what my problem is? That's good to know because I couldn't figure out what was wrong. I'm gonna just chop her down and see how her little buds smoke. Luckily I stumbled upon this site.

chop her? theres no buds youll have no smoke get more light
