I dont think you should nute it this early. Maybe you dont have enough light? I used to keep mine by my window to germinate and it works a charm but grew slowly, then I put it under a nice strong light and it picked up speed, fast.

That looks nice and healthy. I remember my seedlings didnt' seem like they were growing that fast either for a while and then they just took off all of a sudden, but I did get a stronger light though... I would think bringing it inside for light would definitely speed up its growth, it can't hurt. Then for flowering you could just leave it outside all the time and not worry about making a dark room for it.

if the temps outside are above 50* at night ur fine.. the plant in its first few weeks grows exponentially. it starts slow as hell but as more leaf grows, the more energy it can collect, making it grow faster and larger, and the larger the faster it grows.. then once its in high gear it will put on a new node almost everyday, but for now it will tak 1-2week s to get to ur 3rd 4rth node.

forget takin it inside, little bugs now living in the soil, and the one thing that regulates pest outdoors is the natural predation of them... theres spiders crawling around eating bugs that would eat ur plant... but as soon as u take it indoors, the pest insects no longer have an enemy to eat them,so they just breed and feed on ur plant... once out side, keep it outside...

if a deer or a bunny walks by it'll b gone in seconds until its large enough, beside u need to have the right light indoors..

what a lot of people do is they start seeds in feburary and veg them until may and then plant them outside where they continue to veg, and by the time the light cycle changes you have some massive plants.

The plant looks fine. If anything, Grow the plants inside for 1 week with 24 hours of light. Then when you put them outside they will be maybe 4 inches tall already and will take off with the brightness of the sun
