nothings really changed that much for my plants I’ve given 10th streangh full h&g line once in canna pro soil with some added perlite ( few other plants are running in diff random soils but still have same problem ) but the weather has picked up hectic winds in the past 18 hours and now my plants leaves are feeling a bit damp and got some burnt spots on them , should I pull them on the deck to keep them out of the wind even tho it won’t be in direct sunlight ?

Wind burn is usually associated with clawing of the leaves. Never seen that before. Are you able to rub it off? If so it could be mildew. If not then zero clue. Hopefully someone will come in with sufficient knowledge though and not guesses :)
