first time in a small room what type of light system?

Im going to be growing in a 2 by 4 grow tent/grow hut. I am going to use a water cooled system they have out here for the light so my light can be very close to the canopy. So what light set up would be best? these are what I came up with... (2) 250 watt one MH and the other HPS. or just (1) 400 watt switchable ballist or would I see considerable better results if I went to (1) 600 watt?

so I guess no one knows what would be best for my room huh?

i would go with one 600 watt

one 600 if you got water cooled lights itll work very well giving you optimal lighting. 2x4 tent sounds fun my friend has a 3x3 and it works pretty well with a 400hps in it.
