I have a nice little plant going in a 3gallon pot, and its been growing nice and fast, recently I noticed the growth has slowed, roots sticking out the bottom of the pot, and the leaves started to look a little canoed. plant is no taller than 5" and I have holes in the ground filled with promix, compost, and a lil fert/lime. Will this plant be okay to put outside? Is this a good soil mix.for.them? Nutes:, root organics.budha grow

If your plant is only 5 inches tall then it's probably gonna need a few more days before it's ready to transplanted out of the 3 gallon pot, you wanna get a good root ball going before you go up in size

Also it's too early to put outside unless you have lights on At nite to keep the plant from blooming. Take a picture of what you plan to do and you might get some better advice

Okay ill take a picture of my plant and setup indoor amd outdoor when I get home. Its taller than 5in ive been filling the pot so id say its maybe 8 or 9

Here is what im working with inside

Looks like the plant can handle a little more nutrients. But don't over do it. Make sure not to over water. Feel free to ask me any questions you might have. Go buy yourself some miracle grow 20-20-20 this is the easiest fert to use for new growers and works great

Don't over think things don't worry every time you see the plant droop or plant leaves change. Your too new of a grower to know if it's stunted just do what your doing so far and you'll be ok. The plant can droop for lots of reason too much water not enough water too cold. Don't over think or over react

[QUOTI will jist let it do its thing and let her go until it goes outside. How often would you say to fert the soil? And is pelletized lime effective and in comparison to dolomite lime? Thanks for the advice by the way sorry for all the questions

Not sure about the lime as I use dolomite. Just give it a little bit and see how it goes I don't use the same fert as you so I don't have the proper answer for you

I always bring in my plants at nighy but leave them out in the day time time. I start my plants indoors in feb and do not put them in the ground til late may or june. Good luck with your grow!

I will follow :) link? I wish I could do the big dirty but not till next year this year is the little greasy lol

I have holes.dug.in the ground and.filled with promix, i added an organic 14/14/14 fert and lime to the soil a few weeks ago letting it.get ready for the tplant from 3gal tothe ground.
N.14-P.-14. K.-14 = is doom for any plant

considering you are putting out to veg

into a prepped hole..? I'd go cautious for the first 2 weeks

then fert with a light N14. P.7 K.7 or similar

as the plant won't need any serious P or K until it buds in 6 months time

either way organics is the way to go here ...all natural =imo/
