First time indoor, what to expect?

This is my first time indoors, my plants r in their 4th week of veg. I recently had root bound and had to transplant, also my humidity was too dry, and i didnt have co2, until now. Also i just ordered an air cooled 250 watt hps, it hasnt made it yet(slow ups). I have been using 4 4' flourescents(2 bulb) and 6 2' flourescents. I have 12 plants. My question is with an added humidifyer, hps light, co2, and transplant, am I to expect a little outrageous growth for a little while? I read in the growfag that added co2 levels do increase growth. Anyways was just wondering this.
Btw the plants r just over 8" tall. stunted from root bound.

Also will the 250 wt hps be enuff for all 12 plants? That is if they all turn out to be ladies.

How is yours temperature???
When you have transplant is normal the plants get litte down, but take 2 days for then get strong aguain!!!
About CO2 you need to have one temperature 86F to 95F, this is gonna cool down your room and make the grown more fast!!!
Take care

Ok, but will the 250 work for at least 3 weeks of the flowering? Then i can invest into the big light, lol. I have the 4' 2 tube flourescents with 8 2700k bulbs, would this help out at all, if i add it with the 250wt? And my temp NEEDS to be higher with co2? I just installd duct work to capture cold air from my air conditioner, and push into my closet, hmm so i could just stop with the ac huh, temp stays about 88 to 95 with out it. I think I might have gone a little big on my first grow. What r chances of plants survival if transplanted outside right after sexing? I live in the woods, and 14 acres of land isnt hard to come by. I would like to get prob half of them outside if all turn out to be fem.

Thanks, What about the light setup, Would the four 4' 2bulb 2700k, and the hps be sufficient? At least for three weeks of flowering? I'm using the yeast co2 method, so i dont really know if i can over do it. I have 1 two liter bottle, and one 20 oz bottle emitting co2.

also i just checkd on my plants, half of them have already cheered up from the transplant, its only been a day and a half. Right on!

Dont worry about producing too much co2 with yeast. Youd have to have a couple 5 gallon pails going in a small sealed room with no vents in order to overdo it, so dont worry. I say, if you dont have room for plants indoors under the light, why not put them outside? Nothing to loose. If you cram all of em in there, they will fight for light, they will stretch, and will grow tall and narrow. Good luck man!

Ok, i wil prob just set about 6 of em outside, Thanks guys for the advice. also is htg lights good? the one i ordered had three yr warranty on ballast and fixture, one yr on bulb, also it puts out 27500 lumens. Im think i might go back with htg and get the 1000watt hps.
And another thing, i bought one of those cheap ph meters from lowes, and im not too happy with it. so i orderd another off ebay, its a rapitest 4way electronic. model LL-1880. Is this one any better? its suppose to have light meter fertility and mousture.
