to let more light in for the other shoots to grow up then ima tie them down 2 , and then repeat and repeat again etc ,

wow i tied them down only yesterday and there growing to sun allready , i retie probly every 4 days

How many branches do you have and are you FIM or topping? It looks great. I am in week 5 from seed in soil using CFLs. I started LST about a week ago and have FIMed a couple of times for about 2 weeks.

I would not. I would just let the LST'ing do it's thing. And you say they turned their heads towards the sun from yesterday - under the 400w HPS I can tie them down, and they turn up within 45 mins! These plants are amazing.

i got told to put a light proof papper bag on one of my stems to sex it .....well it just killed that stem. i had it on for only 1 day

At that size it should have popped pre-flowers already. Look closely, you should be able to tell already.

alrighty here is an update its been like 6 days there slowly getting there , im just grateful its and indica strain hate the long flowering period on sativia's, if this thing turns out male i think i might just quit growing lol ....its twice the size of my other plants

o yeah and u can see on the right hand side where its yellow/dead , i got told to put a papper bag on 1 stem to find out the sex 12/12 obviously. that is what it looked like 24/hr later.

Like I said - that plant is big/old enough to show pre-flowers.. Look real closely, you should be able to tell what it is already. No sense in wasting time, get on it!
