First Time "Serious" Grower

Howdy All!

First time "serious" grower here! I have grown a few plants outdoor before but never took the time to be serious about it and they always either died or i did a horrible job on the harvesting.

So here are two pictures of my little plant. It is taking off and loving the Florida sun and rain. My question is about pruning. If I understand this right pruning leads to bigger plants which in return yields a larger harvest. I have done extensive research and I think I know how to prune properly I am just terrified to harm my little plant!

So there she is=) Any tips on pruning would be much appreciated. Going to read up now about fertilizers and such. Thanks in advance and happy growing!

Dont go pruning it, you will stress the weed, best to let mother nature take care of that, as it gets bigger you can trim some of the bottom leaves to get light to thee plant

You can do it just dont freak out when it slows down in growing to produce more plant. People freak out and end up killing it.

So its update time! They have been growing super fast. I have been watering them daily. I pruned them once and am glad I did. Here are a few pics. Any thoughts would be awesome!

The bottom leaves are turning yellow and dying now. I also think they are starting to bud. But I am not sure exactly what it looks like. Enjoy!

The top of the stems are turning a deep purple and the top of what i think are the "Buds" have a 1/4 inch white hair growing out in multiple spots.
