BT and spinosad contain microorganisms that break down under UV. It's always best to spray them just after sundown. If you are in a mold prone area, use your judgment but I think spraying at dusk is fine.

Wow, had no idea about the UV breakdown, learn something new everyday! I have been spraying at sunset, but was gonna start spraying early in the day once I got close to harvest. Thanks for the info!!

I didn't either. I sprayed the first time in the morning. Then I read that and it makes sense. I'm only spraying once per week for cats and give my foliar feeds in the am.

i started some blue dream clones in late may, for some reason theyve been preflowering for like 2 weeks how long does it take to see some bud formation?

Patience!! It will start budding, when its ready. I know its a lot easier said than done. But just give it time. Its all genetic and location. Ohh and if your feeding them nutes with high N, back off as high nitrogen can delay flowering (from what I've heard/read)

You still foliar feed even though you apply the pesticides. I thought that might be counter-productive. That is why I stopped foliar feeding my plants after applying the BT.

I usually skip a day or two after spraying the insecticide each week and use a fine mist. It seems to be working okay. I have had no issues after my brief spate with the leaf rollers (which prompted the purchase of BT). I only foliar feed twice a week (in the mornings) and will probably stop in the next few weeks when the buds get a bit bigger. I'm thinking of giving a shot of MG Bloom Booster next foliar feed. Probably at half strength. Wondering if I'll see an uptick in bloom production.

I am also trying the MG Bloom Booster on my grow this year. What I have read you will want to use half strength to 1/4 strength.I have only used it once so far at 1/4 and added some molasses, let it bubble for 24 hours.Plants seem to have liked it.

I may start with quarter-strength, thanks. It's been raining so I'll be foliar feeding for a bit. The next shot of molasses will have to wait.

One of my gardens will be receiving the MGBB in the next couple weeks.....They look about healthy enough for the switch......Buds are about dime sized right now.

What strength do you plan on using, Fresno?
I'm started out at 1/2 strength....gonna see how they react and work my way up until I see a lil leaftip burn.......and then back it off in between that feeding and the last feeding and that will be my ratio......I like reading plants :)

I'm going to most likely do 1/4 strength MGBB (mainly for the N) and use that every other feeding of my own home made organic fertilizer. *Banana peels / molasses*
