First timer needs help

I'm attempting to grow for the first time. I have 4 plants in a 3'x2'x3' well ventilated area. not alot of cash flow so I only have 1 flourescent fixture with 2 15w Hydrofarms grow bulbs, a clamp on fixture with a 100w incandescent hydrofarms grow bulb, a single flourescent fixture with an 8w plant/aquarium ge bulb and a clamp on lamp with a 15w coiled flourescent bulb. i have pictures of what one of my plants looks like it is just the one with the problems these plants aren't that big only about 18" and they are about 4 months old. some one please help me i'd like to know what is wrong with my plant, what i'm doing wrong, how long before they are ready to sex, how can i get a cheap light setup and the proper nutrients in my area? help!

I would say, flush em out with clean water. Change the lighting cycle to 12/12, in 2 weeks start with some bloom nutes every 2 weeks, water every other day less if too wet and they should be good to go. Good luck :peace:
